The hotel consists of suites and rooms, furnished with period furniture and objects that allow the guest to quietly relive these environments, allowing a journey back in time. The palace, then the center of every activity of the latifundium, still bears in a visible and livable way the ancient rooms, the cellars, the oil mill, the granaries, and the drying rooms, although all cleverly transformed into an Ancient World wine shop and kitchen.
